WHAT IT'S ALL ABOUT:

Anyone who buys a medium package worth 135,000 credits in our VIP Shop between 26.11.2021 (00:0U hr) and 28.11.2021 (23:59) will automatically be in the running to win the following prizes:

1. 150,000 credits

2. 100,000 credits

3. 50,000 credits

All buyers of one of the packages on offer are automatically in the running.

Only users from Germany, Austria and Switzerland are eligible for the prize draw. Users from other countries are excluded from this competition.

The chance of winning is the same for all participants and does not change with the repeated purchase of a package. The winner will be chosen at random by drawing lots.

WHAT YOU GET:

The winner receives 150,000 credits.

The second winner receives 100,000 credits.

The third winner receives 50,000 credits.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally reside in the European Union. We may require potential winners to provide proof of eligibility within seven (7) days of our request. If you are not eligible or cannot provide the requested information, we reserve the right to exclude you from the Contest. The random number generator will then draw a new winner. All applicable taxes are your sole responsibility. Data transfer fees or charges may be assessed by your mobile or internet service provider or fees may apply. We are not responsible for computer or human errors, or malfunctions that affect the administration of the contest. We reserve the right to cancel or modify the Contest at our sole discretion. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This contest is void where prohibited. By accepting the prize, you agree that we may use your name, username, image and broadcast content to announce the winners and use for marketing and promotional purposes. We may also post the winners on Twitter, Instagram and other social media. By airing during the Contest Period, you agree to these rules and that our decisions, based on the number of diamonds given by other users during the Contest Period, are final and binding in all matters related to this Contest.

(1) Liability on the part of LOVOO GmbH - irrespective of the legal grounds - only arises if the damage a) has been caused by culpable breach of one of the cardinal obligations or essential secondary obligations in a manner that jeopardises the achievement of the purpose of the contract, or b) is attributable to gross negligence or intent on the part of LOVOO GmbH.

(2) Limitation of liability. If LOVOO GmbH is liable according to paragraph 1 No. 1 lit. A for the violation of an essential contractual obligation without gross negligence or intent, the liability is limited to the extent of damage that LOVOO GmbH typically had to expect at the time of the conclusion of the contract due to the circumstances known to it at that time. This applies in the same way to damages caused by gross negligence or intent on the part of employees of the agents of LOVOO GmbH who are not its directors or officers. Liability for consequential damages, in particular for loss of profit or compensation for damages to third parties, is excluded, unless LOVOO GmbH is guilty of intent or gross negligence.

(3) Claims for damages under the Product Liability Act and for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health shall remain unaffected by the above limitations of liability.

(4) The provisions in paragraphs 1-3 shall also apply to the relationship with companies affiliated with LOVOO GmbH (Section 15 AktG), in particular The Meet Group, Inc., 100 Union Square Drive, New Hope, PA 18938, USA.
